Very good location, easy accessible by bus or metro and friendly neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants and bars and also a lot of things to do (in very close to Sky Garden). Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom really nice. The size of the room and bathroom was also great.

The breakfast was excellent! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful even when we had an issue with the initial card payment which we overcame thanks to their help. We remember particularly Navi (the spelling may be wrong) in the front desk and also the morning Concierge, particularly client oriented. In the breakfast room all the staff were excellent but Danisha and María were outstanding.

The hotel is in a great location, just above Tower Hill tube station, with views of the Tower of London, the Shard and other nearby attractions. You can check-in at the hotel independently and you can choose the view from the room at no additional cost. Clearly the best views are of the Tower of London, you won't even want to close the blinds at night. On the ground floor there is a bar and many corners like in the living room, and on the upper floor there is also a bar with a wonderful view and cocktails. You control everything in the room with a tablet, and you can also check out of the hotel independently when you leave. I would choose this hotel again and I assume that the others from this chain are of the same quality. The rooms are very clean and modern, comfort is guaranteed.
