The location was amazing. Just a short walk from Waterloo Station and even shorter distance to Lambeth tube station. Walking distance to The London eye and Big Ben and all the attractions there like Westminster Abbey and 10 Downing Street. The property was immaculate and very roomy with your own kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and stove so if you’re staying a while you can cook your own meals to save some money if you wish. The staff were very helpful. We had a situation that Marta was able to help us with so we’ll forever be grateful to her for all her help. Can’t recommend this hotel and it’s wonderful staff enough!

The hotel was very welcoming, beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was surprised by how its location was so connected to everything London has to offer. Is was very suitable for my 13 years old child.
