Very clean, but 1000% clean. Really clean. Great job to Ladies taking care of the rooms. Very good location, close to Ealing Broadway underground. I should mention that the security deposit is refundable in full. In my opinion, if you leave the room in the condition you found it and follow the property's rules, you'll get your money back in full.

The location was perfect for me as I needed to be just around the corner. Aside from that, the residence is next to Castle Bar Station, meaning one can get into Central London very quickly, as well as being near 24hour bus services to Ealing. The host was very accommodating, going out of her way to help when there was a small issue.

I visited London as a tourist along with my extended family. Charles sent us his personal contact number much before our check in date. His timely response to all my queries is very impressive. He also excused a few requests from my side. Charles greeted me well and gave keys on the day of check in. The property has 2 reasonably good sized double bed rooms. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking during short stay. Balcony has very nice view for the breakfast tea. Unfortunately, I had to end my trip before check out date due to personal reasons. But I hope we will come back soon and continue my tour

It was a wonderful surprise to find a boutique style property, with every detail considered, great location, and amazing staff!

This 17th-century inn is located by Kew Green, across from the Royal Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a great location, fine food and good public transport to Central London.

This hotel is part of a first-rate pub with excellent food. It is located within walking distance of Kew Gardens which was our main reason for visiting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. However, the greatest selling point for this hotel is the people. Alicia (sp?) at the front desk is a gem. She's efficient, humorous and always helpful. She made us feel very much at home and was there to help with any questions. We were also very fortunate to have Mandy as a server in the dining room; again, a very present, humorous and helpful lass, The pub also has an excellent pint of bitter.
