All receptionists met very helpful and dedicated to their guests , as well as genuine friendliness. Breakfast staff on point and nice selection of food at breakfast, very nice room, very clean. Hotel very silent, well insulated, very close to old town and metro. icing on the cake: 6th floor little outside terrace to enjoy a nice view.

I booked a room just to have somewhere to stay until my transfer bus to Kutaisi Airport in the middle of night. Very friendly owners, the guest house is only a short walk from Old Tbilisi.

Only good things to say about this place.
The owner met us on the street and welcomed us in. We couldn't speak each other's language but he was so friendly to us. He let us check in early because of our early flight. Very comfortable room. Perfectly clean. Hot water, kettle, fridge, good wifi, soft beds. What more do you need. Also incredible location.
There's even a little bakery at the end of the street. Definitely recommend a visit there too.
10/10. I would recommend to anyone and definitely would stay again.

Service and cleanness. We arrived at 4am in wrong hotel because of mistake of taxi driver of airport. Owner met us in the middle of night next to another hotel for free.
