The hotel team is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. Their deep knowledge of the city — hidden gems, scenic routes, and must-visit spots — ensures you’ll never run out of places to explore.
The hotel itself is stylish and comfortable. The location is quite central yet secluded.
Breakfasts were very tasty, and the variety of dishes was decent. If you're an early bird, having breakfast at the hotel is a must — it’s nearly impossible to find anywhere nearby open at 8 a.m.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very friendly. The older people who live there don't speak English but are friendly and helpful nonetheless. Communication was easiest through messaging to the daughter who was very quick to respond and made sure everything was attended to. Everything was very clean and nicely done. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have a kettle to make some tea and breakfast. I could leave my luggage there. Location is perfect close to the metro station and several shops, and walkable to the old town (going back is up the hill though). Aircon worked well. The place costs a little more but you do get more comfort and a nicer room for it. I'd stay here again!
