Vibe - The property was amazing. So beautifully styled, very comfortable room and bed. I loved the room - it definitely enhanced the whole trip.
Staff - The staff were amazing, and so helpful! I arranged airport pickup through them, and it was seamless and made my early morning arrival very comfortable.
Breakfast - Breakfast was delicious and huge, albeit a bit awkward (there seems to be a deal with the restaurant downstairs to provide breakfast, but it always felt like a bit of a hassle).
Location - The location was great, out of the way of the main tourist drag and near some excellent restaurants and cafes.

It was a lovely hotel with a very warm and kind staff. They were always friendly and talkative and were ready to help. Irma and Sofiko gave us good advice on where and how to go, and were always for us.
