Elman, the owner, was super welcoming, helpful and caring. He upgraded me to a private room due to overbooking beds that night and he allowed me to use the facilities after check out, since my bus was leaving at 1am.
The room was super comfortable and the building was clean. The common area has a kitchen and seats. The internet is fast. Also, the hostel is near the city centre and 1 min away from the bus stop.

A very nice hotel, not far from the city centre. The staff were really nice and friendly. We stayed there during the first week of December 2025, and the lady at the reception was kind and very helpful. We could easily communicate in English, and she made sure everything was perfect. The cleaning staff were also very nice and did their best — I saw them cleaning every corner carefully.
The breakfast was great! The ladies in the kitchen were very sweet and prepared different dishes each morning. We really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. The rooftop has a beautiful view, and there is also a free gym and an exclusive sauna for guests who wish to use them.
The hotel’s location is excellent and makes it easy and affordable to visit sightseeing places by taxi. We stayed with our family and had two rooms, both spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were also very comfy.
Based on our experience and all the details we noticed, I can’t give them less than 5 stars — they truly deserve it. Thank you, Team ZP Palace!
