I stayed at Hotel Tomas twice during my trip through Georgia. Both stays were great! The staff was very accommodating as they provided a laundry service for me during one stay (for a fee) and then were patient as I sorted out some payment challenges during my second stay. They also held my bag for me after I checked out so that I could explore Tbilisi unburdened before my train left in the evening. All of this while communicating through my very broken Georgian and Russian. I highly recommend!

Big and cozy apartment with two bedrooms, clean and nice, the landlord is a music for ears. Elevator is not working well though, doors don't open fully and jam sometimes. Otherwise, it is a good choice

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, and the living area is impressively large. The whole place has been recently renovated, giving it a fresh and modern feel. One of my favorite features was the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The landlord is incredibly kind and helpful—anything you need, she provides right away. Another bonus is the large 24/7 supermarket located just downstairs, which is very convenient. The only minor drawback is that it’s about 6 km from the old town, but that wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended!

The appartement is very nice, clean and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It corresponds 100% to the pictures, is well equipped and everything works smoothly. Especially in the morning it is wonderfully quiet. The host was extremely friendly and always helped very quickly and easily. Individual check-in and check-out was no problem. I really enjoyed my time here and can recommend this apparement to everybody for a long or short stay to Tbilisi.
