The staff was very attentive and professional.
They have a personal touch to how they engage with and care for their guests.
I liked the style and decor of the rooms, reception and restaurant areas. It is in a central location, on a fairly quiet street, which is rare.
Doesnt seem to accommodate too many guests, so it feels like an intimate hotel. It is very clean, well lit, and the air conditioning system works great.

Great location - as I expected and one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Delicious breakfast - it changes everyday so good variety. The coffee could be a little better but that is a small thing.
Stayed in the superior room and it was excellent. Comfy bed - shame had to be up early everyday. Excellent shower. Big TV (but didn't use). Had a decent view.
Receptionists perfectly helpful.

It was very good, the view over tbilisi is a 10 out of 10, also the staff is very friendly and we could check in early - since our flight landed early in the morning. Also the breakfast was very good with a big variety.

Everything was perfect! Great communication with the host(he speaks good english and seems very kind and friendly), and I was able to check in one hour earlier. The room is clean and comfortable. And the whole place is just super cosy and nice. Breakfast was 10/10. There are lots of options to choose from and it's very delicious. And the view from the breakfast room is very nice too!

The hotel felt luxurious, the value for money is exceptional. The interiors are very beautiful and modern, the breakfast had a large selection of delicious foods, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. In the room we had free teas, not just the usual sorts but very fine blends, and free daily chocolates. The hotel is located in a very nice part of the city, very central with easy access to most attractions, as well as restaurants and shops.

The front of house staff were incredible. My flight to Mestia was cancelled while I was at the airport and I was stranded in Tbilisi without a hotel. They were able to give me a room for 2 nights at very short notice and made sure I was ok. They could not have done more for me.

I had a very lovely stay and I really recommend this sweet little hotel. The staff is very warm and and friendly and I felt very welcome there. The room was large and had a great view on the city. PS They have amazing house wine!
