I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. I had originally booked an economy-class room, but to my surprise, they generously upgraded me to a much more comfortable and spacious room. On top of that, they also welcomed me with a lovely selection of wine and fruit in my room.
The breakfast was delicious, the entire staff was beyond kind and professional. The cleanliness was simply outstanding—everything was perfectly spotless, which is something very important to me.
Everything exceeded my expectations—I highly recommend this Hotel!

The small, family-owned hotel is in a perfect location, a quiet residential neighbourhood, only 5 minutes walk above Rustaveli Avenue. The owners, brothers Guram and Irakli, were friendly and professional and met me on arrival. Breakfast is included in a nice, top floor room (I did not take, as I left for an early train the next morning). The ground-floor room was very clean, well-maintained with everything needed. I wish I found this great place earlier in my time in Tbilisi.

The staff was welcoming throughout my stay! The room was great, spacious and clean with amazing shower pressure. The spa was very relaxing with a suna, steam room, salt room, pool, and jacuzzi! I had a deep tissue massage which was really good and helped with the jet lag. The breakfast was fantastic with a good range of food and really enjoyed the onlette bar! I will definitely return and stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it!

It’s an amazing house: the room is spacious, beautiful, everything is so clean, and incredibly comfortable. I wish I could have stayed many more days! I regret not discovering it sooner. The best part, without a doubt, is Lia: absolutely adorable, sweet, and a truly wonderful person. I highly recommend staying at her house! It feels like being in a museum, a true gem. I hope I can come back very soon.
