The apartment's location is unbeatable. Tucked away on a quiet street, it offers peace and security, yet it’s only a short walk from major sites like the Acropolis, Plaka, and several convenient metro stations. Being close to local bakeries and small tavernas added so much to the authentic Athenian experience. The host, Dorean, was exceptionally responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and . He truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. It was reassuring to know we could reach out if needed. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival—it felt fresh, modern, and very well-maintained. The interior design is stylish and comfortable. Given the prime location, modern comfort, and excellent hospitality, Lucas 1 offers incredible value. We would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. We hope to return soon!

Kitsch interior, very suitable for young people, but also suitable for older people. Very close to the train station, walking distance to the center. There was even a coffee machine in the room. The owner of the apartment is very responsive, he helped to take our bikes to the airport, he arranged a second taxi for the other passengers, he even helped to collect the hidden bike boxes behind the airport. You could say that we were very lucky to have such a host, especially on the day of departure.

A beautiful apartment is a great location, easily walkable to many areas of Athens (Plaka, Psirri, etc), and accessible to multiple metro stations, making it very easy to head to the port or airport. The host was so friendly, was waiting for me when I arrived, helped me with my bag and everything. He shared some of his favourite places to eat in the city, and was happy to answer any questions. The apartment is beautiful and clean, great air conditioning and very well equipped. Perfect for me as a solo traveller, but would also be great for a couple or friends!

The place was spectacular, so clean and beautiful space. Location is amazing and the hosts are such genuine kind people !! I had a first aid incident outside and they really went above and beyond to accommodate me, they went outside to get me specific items from the pharmacy. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at this accommodation! The space is beautifully furnished with modern, practical materials that perfectly balance comfort and functionality. It felt inviting and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent — on a quiet street, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep, yet it’s just a short 5-minute walk to the Metaxourgio metro station. This made getting around the city incredibly convenient. I especially loved the proximity to the Metaxourgio area, a stylish, bohemian, vibrant spot filled with character, art, and many great places to explore. It was such a treat to have all of that charm so close by! Overall, this accommodation is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a quiet and well-appointed space with easy access to both transportation and a dynamic, creative neighborhood.

The apartment is fantastic—super comfy and beautifully designed. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy furniture. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, linen as well. it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the interior inviting, beautiful and functional.
