Spacious and quiet apartment, lovely view from the balcony to the sea, well-equipped kitchen, working air-con (three units!), effective electric mosquito repellers, hotel-level towels. Host Stamatis was very active in communicating in anything we needed - he booked the airport transfers for us, and without his advice we would have missed the wonderful parade of 21st May.

Wonderfull stay in corfu city, perfect for 5 nights and more. Very nice and helpfull staff. Anastasia prepared for our arrival maps with details where to go & eat, explained us how to discover the most out of corfu. Really nice and helpfull. What we liked the most: - Location (near old city, many food & market places, 10 minutes from city bus center and 20 minutes from green bus station) - Staff (really helpfull and nice, make us felt like home, we had cruise early in the morning one day and they made us little lunch for take away) - Big room (with bottled water, fridge, toster, microvawe etc. All you need was there) - Breakfast (tasty self made Orange juice, and basic but very good hams cheeses, eggs, fruits and sweets also self made) - Modern (even with classic style of this small hotel (6 rooms) it was very Modern with key card to enter the hotel and good working AC

We wanted a last night of luxury to end our holiday in Corfu and Paxos and we certainly got it! Our room had a sea view and was light and airy. The huge bed was very comfortable and we soon got used to the control panel for lights and electric closing of the curtains. Super modern bathroom and enjoyed the bath. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful - helped us old folk print out boarding passes, carried our luggage upstairs. etc. There is a taverna "Mouragia" just around the corner overlooking the sea where we had a delicious dinner - recommend reserving a table in advance. The hotel is ideally situated - short walk into town.The Calliston is not cheap but value for money and super for a special stay. We'd love to return for longer!
