This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Both the bar and the restaurant offer a good selection at reasonable prices, and everything I tried was tasty. The overall facilities and services make this hotel a pleasure to stay at. This hotel in Ioannina offers everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing visit. The lady that met us was so nice, the whole hotel is very pretty and clean, overlooking the lake, it gives the vibe of a boutique hotel. Rooms were very pretty, with a lot of care into details. Breakfast was great too.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lake View apartment in Ioannina. The place was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable few days. The view and atmosphere were lovely, making it a perfect spot to relax. Lady Eva is a very nice and friendly woman — she made our stay even better! She was always available to help, quickly responding whenever we needed something. She also shared great information about local tourist spots and things to do around Ioannina. What impressed us most was how she went out of her way to help us find a house for a short-term stay of six months, which seemed almost impossible at first. We’re really grateful for her kindness and support. Highly recommend both the apartment and the host!

The hotel is beyond magnificent. Its location is located inside the castle, which is a private area. Parking is free. You're two streets away from restaurants, the location is really great. There are houses and streets where you can take pictures in every corner of the castle. it's like magic. The hotel has been tastefully done from start to finish. Rooms, garden flowers everything is very well maintained and very clean. carer really likes this hotel and its customers. The rooms are brand new and very stylish. You feel yourself in a luxury suite. The most delicious breakfast I've ever had. It is not easily developed. There were toasts, cakes, pastries. tea is unlimited and comes with a teapot.. there is orange juice. There is yogurt. Breakfast in the garden is incredibly enjoyable. You cannot find anything negative. I would definitely recommend it if you come to this area. you must stay here.

The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

Beautiful property and lovely people working in hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Swiming pool beautiful, quite and perfect. Tried the spa, also the highest mark. Rooms cozy and comfortable. We were there for 2 days and had a great break and reset.
