The location is perfect! Clean room, nice window view and comfortable bed. The nice little space in the mezzanine is also very cozy. Plugs everywhere, coffee capsules for the morning and attention to detail was perfect. The building is picturesque, everything we wanted to see in the old town of Rethymno.

The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are new. I had an issue with the reservation, as I thought I had booked a different room. However, as soon as I communicated my wish to switch to a room on a single level, they helped me and quickly found a solution. I really liked the service attention .
