Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. You can not ask for anything better for HK) you are right in the center with many restaurants (good ones - e.g. a Micheline star restaurant right next door), quite spacious room with almost everything you need, modern, nicely designed, responsive staff, ready to help you with everything, etc. We enjoyed our stay!
