Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming.
