Loved the location, the staff, and the overall quality of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hotel is well maintained. I stayed here twice and would stay here again. Staff is really friendly, welcoming and professional. I cannot emphasize enough how clean the rooms were and this is the main reason why I am writing this review.

I chose Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui as I have been there for celebrate my birthday to me , myself and I.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has been open for 3 months since September 2025. Everything is very new and might have some stuck with service a little bit, but over all is very nice. The view from the room is stunning, very good for relaxing or a honeymoon couple.. Hotel located next to the Easy Tsim ShaTsui MTR station. Highly recommend this place.

It is super close to the subway. A lot of shops and restaurants around. 7eleven every where. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. Definitely recommend this place.

We had booked a transportation from the airport to the hotel, and our holiday started in the best possible way with the limousine service of the hotel. We felt immediately very welcome.
Our room with a harbour view and Horizon Club benefits was much more than we could even dream of. Every day we were looking forward to the excellent breakfast and the evening cocktails. In addition, our birthdays were noticed in a completely unexpected, spectacular and unforgettable way. Horizon Club Team was amazing!
