We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

Received a birthday cake with a song for my daughters.
Concierge was very helpful and kind.
Restaurant was very understanding with our schedule and also reserved a peking duck for us (only 1 of 2 daily).
