Loved the location, super close to every good spots in Wan Chai. The room was spacious, brand new and with a great view of the city and bay. Gym was really modern and clean. Overall, an amazing place to stay in Hong-Kong island - it’s one of the first hotel I’ll definitely book again!
Only downside is that the hotel is located on top of a mall and it can take a lot of time to get from the mall to the hotel lobby. Everyone has to wait so if you’re patient, it’s no problem…

Stayed for 4 nights, everything was wonderful. Check-in was super fast & efficient, and the staff helped us to arrange a connecting room. Breakfast was really good, had a wide variety of good food. Only tiny thing was the pool, the water was too cold to swim. Otherwise, it was a great hotel, we will definitely come back

The customer service was exceptional and I love that they clean our room literally everyday. When we left the room a bit late, they were kind enough to ask if we wanted our rooms to be cleaned and they were really nice to say goodbye after we checked out the room.
