1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

Triple room was a good size, clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Huge range, fresh. lots of new food to try and well worth the money. Staff were great throughout - helpful, problem-solving, and attentive.

Typical sized HK room which was used brilliantly to offer everything you need in an affordable package. Comfortable beds, big screen tv, excellent shower, spotlessly clean, friendly and welcoming owners, great location above Jordan mtr station, free water and coffee making, good security and surprisingly peaceful despite being a busy area. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and easy to travel anywhere you want. In terms of value for money I doubt you will find better in HK. Had a 5 night stay here and would happily stay again.

- Room was very modern and well cleaned before being handed over to me - Vincent (owner) was very supportive with the check-in & check-out process as my flights were not in line with the check-in/out times - Very very close to MTR Station (literally 20 steps and you've entered the station entrance) - All amenities provided - Constant communication made it 10x easier - Tip: if taking Uber/taxi, put your drop location as Bell House and not Bloomsbury Inn (as they will drop you off 2mins away with latter location)
