1) Excellent location. You can walk maybe 100 metres or less from the hotel and there are bus stops for multiple destinations. We frequently took the buses 1 or 1A or 2 to go to the Tsim Sha Sui promenade (bus stop is Hong Kong Cultural Centre) or the Star Ferry. One day we walked for about 20 minutes to the Hong Kong Museum of History. 2) The housekeeping services are excellent. I have stayed in many hotels, but have to say that here it was very noticeable the way that the rooms would have been cleaned and made when we returned from our visits in the evening. Kudos to the housekeeping staff. 3) Very helpful staff at the reception who pulled up the Hong Kong map on our day of checkin and explained our location, how to reach nearby attractions

Very nice and modern room, clean, hotel was close to public transport, restaurants, supermarket, the staff was very friendly. For example, we had a late check in due to our late flight, but the staff was perfectly informed and awaited us even in the night. It is almost unbelievable how much quality you get for the price.

Perfect location. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind. Compared to other hotels in the same area the room size was adequate and the view wonderful.

We were very happy with the hotel. They gave us an upgrade and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was always helpful. The hotel is close to the Metro and walking distance to the train station.

Location price facilities . Great location next to Jordon metro and going home we got taxi and that was across the road outside big number 8 and one came straight away . Lots of cafes and shops around for breakfast. 2 lifts were working so that was no problem. So many hooks and little shelves in room and you can fit suitcases under the bed and has hairdryer and travel iron . Don’t be freaked out by the entrance just go up in the lift to floor 11 and it’s on the right when lift opens and knock on the door . Staff are all lovely and helpful.

Room is cleaned every day and the position of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just 2 mins walk from Jordan mtr Station. The staff is very nice and helpful, they'll give you every possible information to reach the building. Room is kinda small, but this is HK so I can't complain. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the nearbyes. Highly recommended for solo travelers.
