The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean. The facilities in the room were very good. The location was perfect. All experiences are beyond our expectations. My family and I stayed for 2 nights and it was our best experience on this trip.
They have provided 3 room cards, 2 for persons and 1 for keeping all electricity in the room works.
The resting area was provided with coffee, tea, and candy for free. The most important was they had an ice maker machine, so we could enjoy our iced coffee or tea.

The Eaton Hotel is perfectly located right by one of the most famous avenues in Kowloon, HK - Nathan Road. It has a very cool vide and the facilities are great with a diverse food hall accessible from the street and inside the hotel with tons of meal options, the Terrible Baby bar has a great terrace and a very diverse signature cocktails list. Got the change to try the small but very convenient gym and my favorite...the breakfast! I love hotel breakfasts for their variety and because it's an amazing way to start the day and Eaton has options for all tastes, dietary restrictions and from every corner of the world. Around the hotel there's also lots of local markets and restaurants. Really recommend.

The location is perfect.
The staff is amazing. They let me use the washing machine, they upgraded my room at my second stay (because I arrived via Hong Kong, went to Australia and Singapore and returned via Hong Kong). The receptionists and the cleaning lady were delightful.
