The location is excellent, right next to Diocletians palace, Riva etc.. Also very close to ferry port and airport shuttle bus stop. Host Tony was friendly and greeted us in the front of the building. It's on top floor so no noise from upstairs, which is a plus. Outdoor market and lots of vendors just outside, also two minimarts to get some supplies right around the corner. Nothing to complain.

If I had the option to give 11 out of 10, I wouldn’t have hesitated to give it 11 out of 10. Amazing property. Superb location, large rooms, large bathrooms, nice interiors and very attentive hosts, across the road to Old Town…this combination makes it the best place to stay in Split. I noticed that there was no electric kettle in the room. I just dropped a message to the hosts and next morning it was there in my room. Since Split Old Town is just across the street, you have best of both the worlds. A grocery store is 50 meters from the property. It’s a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Special thanks to Jelena and Lucia for the amazing breakfast and taking very good care of the guests. They are really, truly amazing hosts.

Milka and her husband are amazing hosts, they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, cosy and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The location is absolutely unbeatable, just two steps away from the golden gate, yet we still slept well although we were in the centre of old town. Breakfast was served at a restaurant nearby and very good as well, you get three choices of meals, each with juice and a hot drink, just what you need to start the day. To make everything perfect, Milka's husband drove us to the airport, cheaper than a taxi and we had great company on the way. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Split!

Beautifully renovated apartment. Beds are comfy, room is very clean, location is perfect. New windows block street noise very well. Room service daily. everything is in very good condition. We enjoyed the stay and convenience of the location brought to us.
