All staff was amazing, handled our requests with ease. Hotel is spacious as well as room. Pool is 34 Celsius degrees, which was nice for our kid, could be bigger in size though. NY caffee is unique experience, superb looking and muscians are amazing. Food is ok, more variaty in breakfast would be nice.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect. The apartment is gorgeous! The check in and check out were easy and all communication with the hostel was seamless. We will love to come back to this hotel. Everything about our stay was amazing!!!!!!!

Great location, walking distance to the Keleti train station. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and it was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind, I received a delicious cold package because I had to check-out before the breakfast started. Very good soundproofing.
