1) Very friendly reception officer. He was able to do the check-in earlier than the estimated time and gave useful information about the City. Other staff members were also very polite.
2) Beautiful interior of the room and common areas.
3) Metro station, tramway station are located very close to the hotel.
4) Airport bus stop is approximately 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel.
5) Free tea, mulled wine, cakes were available during the day time.
