I rarely give the qualification 10, because perfect doesn’t exist. And also in this hotel there might be some small details at the room furniture that aren’t perfect, but that’s nitpicking compared to the super friendly staff. They are not "just professionally friendly”, but sincerely and warmly friendly and they do all they can to give you a pleasant stay and make you feel welcome there. Besides that, the breakfast is outstanding and has a wide choice. And they have a convenient direct access to the mall with complete facilities.
I had a very pleasant time here and I certainly will come back.

It was a family trip with 11 members and a baby. The rooms 3 twin beds and 2 king beds were spacious. The twin beds had showers. The king beds had bath tubs. We were all located at the same floor. The breakfast buffet is good too but it would be better if the menu is changed every 2 days perhaps.
