Every staff is amazingly kind and professional. Easily we can find that this hotel makes their importance to equip and to maintain its facilities in well-qualified condition. I enjoyed my stay without any stress even comparing with my experience in Japan. I extended my stay twice and stayed there more than a month at the end. Full disclaimer: I had my room upgraded for free, but it wouldn't change my opinion (they are that good). The room was outstanding! It's comfortable for family and large enough to host other family members to hang out. The service is superb, from friendly customer service staffs, quick and great laundry service and most of all the breakfast is fabulous. We love the breakfast selections, with plenty of variations and delicious menu and most importantly hygienic. The location is also prime, with direct access to mall and plenty of restaurants. Safe to say I will stay there again when I visit Bandung next time.
