Hotel Sages is a fantastic place! This is the place to stay if you appreciate style and architecture. The rooms and the common area are very cool and instagramable. The staff were perfect and super helpful. We stayed at hotel Sages on my girlfriends birthday and the staff went above and beyond to organize a great birthday surprise for her. Desy, July, Lana and Agus organized everything on very short notice and managed to pull off a perfect surprise…Thank you so much for the fantastic service!!!

Mooz is my only choice for Canguu. Well established by very long term bali residents and long-term permanent staff, their focus is authenticity, quality, nature, simplicity and beauty and bringing us the real spirit of Bali.
I love learning about Balinese and Indonesian culture from the villa managers. They have a dedicated following of repeat guests and word of mouth referral. All my friends and family stay here when they come.
There are only 4 solid wood villas here in a large landscaped Balinese garden with active rice-paddy and full sized pool so it's never crowded. Each villa has a generous porch where you can watch the birds fly between the mango trees and dip in the pool. I love the tiled outdoor bathrooms with small private gardens. There is a large reception area for relaxation, yoga, meditation and eating.
Mooz help me via Whatsapp with everything including transport, excursion drivers, scooter hire and tips about the island. There are 1-2-1 yoga and meditation classes depending on availability, and healthy breakfast. The location is perfect, close to several famous gyms but quietly located next to a rice field, you dont hear traffic or construction. Important in Canguu!
