The hotel was very beautiful. Great location, close to everything, yet away from all the noise of bikes. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Widya and Dewa were very sweet and kind to us. The breakfasts were delicious and esthetically pleasing. They even went out of their way to serve a floating breakfast on the pool. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The property was clean and tidy, the pool was amazing and the food was great. The location was great as it wasn’t in a busy street but still close to everything we needed. The staff were some of the friendliest people I have met, going above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They even went out of their way to source a birthday cake once they found out about one of our birthdays.

This stay was incredibly relaxing and absolutely beautiful. There was a kitchen to cook in, a pool table we put to good use and a beautiful pool to lounge beside during the day. The room was beautiful and very clean. The app service is very smart and I find to be very helpful and efficient to communicate with the staff. The man who stood out the front blocking traffic anytime we needed to cross the road was so lovely and always made sure we had a ride to get to or ensured we made it across the road safely. The staff were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We checked out at 12pm but didn't fly until 9:30pm and the staff allowed us to store our bags at the office, continue to use the pool, sauna and ice bath as well as set up a villa for us to have a shower and get cleaned up for a comfortable flight. I am excited to come back and stay again.

Beta Stay & Surf is such a lovely place – we felt at home right away 🌊✨ The team is awesome and super welcoming, which made our stay really special. The location is quiet, the rooms are cozy, and having a fully equipped kitchen plus a shared living room made everything so easy and comfortable. Breakfast is included, which was a great start to every day. We really enjoyed our time here, and everyone was always helpful whenever we needed something.
