The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and positive as possible. Jou in particular was really helpful. I absolutely loved the sauna and ice bath, it was such a unique offering for a small hotel like this and being able to have a private sauna each morning was incredible. The hotel feels very small and private which is nice, it has a really relaxing feel to it. We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite which I think is definitely worth the additional cost as the room is much more private and spacious. The scooters the hotel offer as rental are also really nice condition bikes which is rare in Bali!

This property is in a great location. The villa itself was clean and cute and the staff tended to every request promptly. They made our stay so welcoming, we felt like family by the end and were so sad to be leaving.

The villa is gorgeous! Super comfortable, stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Exceeded my expectations. I know it is good when looking at the pictures on the internet and reading other reviews but in reality, it was even better. Check-in was easy. The manager texted me in advance on WhatsApp and when I arrived, the security guard helped me to go to the villa. One of the touching things for me was talking to the private cook. She came every morning to cook at the villa and we can chat for an hour about everything, she has very good English as well. All the other housekeeping staff also did everything perfectly and I felt that they care about each small detail.

This was our first time Ganggu and we enjoyed it very much.One of reason was choosing Deneva Villas for sure. We stayed at Unit 1. It has great pool, which is next to your living room. Living room is cozy, has large screen tv. We did not use the kitchen much but it has microwave,fridge with freezer. Bed was really confortable, they have bathtube and shower. You can reach to Beach are by using motorbike in 10-12 minutes, but car it was more than 30-35 minutes because of traffic. Generally, we enjoyed to stay here very much,thank you!
