The villa is excellent, clean, well-maintained. Nice pool. The employee at the villa Rocky was always in touch and fulfilled all our wishes. He got 10+ for his work and attitude. The villa is cleaned once every 3 days and, in my opinion, this was not always enough. I think, at least once every two days, would be OK. But this is not the employee's fault, he tried very hard and did everything he could. The location of the villa is not the best, it takes a long time to get to the beach and back, you can't walk there at all, since there is a large highway with very active traffic and extremely rare pedestrian crossings, depriving you of this opportunity. Also keep in mind that there is an active construction site nearby. Drills and other construction equipment will be working from the very morning. One day, the builders made a fire and all the smoke went to our villa along with the ash that settled in the pool. We had to call Ricky for help, the issue was quickly resolved. In any case, the villa itself and the attitude of the staff make up for all the inconveniences, we were satisfied

Nice quiet and confortable place. Beautiful little garden and a usefull kitchen. Hosts have a fluent english and are ready to help you if need. Close to the airfield, if you need a pick up ask for nyoman ! Best driver in Bali !

Senyum Bali is little rough around the edges but is in a great local area. The most out standing thing is the staff who you couldn’t ask for a more helpful group of people ranging from Mr Bong the manger to all the cleaning staff and security always there with a smile couldn’t do enough for you
