Staff are all very friendly that made my stay very comfortable. Also they upgraded my room as there is a big group of guests on that day. I liked the breakfast - there are so many options with both European and Indonesian dishes. Also I enjoyed welcome drink.

The best hotel experience in Jakarta so far. Everyone was super helpful and attentive. They even offered help taking care of my luggage. Excellent room service. Spacious pool area. Would stay again.
