Everything was awesome, the rooms are clean and tidy, room service was excellent, the staff was more than friendly. It was a great vacation. The receptionist at the front desk Sylvia was very helpful and charming. The kids enjoyed the pool.

It was a great experience.. wonderful hotel in all aspects.. Cleanliness, breakfast is very varied.. Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture.

The quality. Every detail had the highest quality. Spotless clean and very helpful staff. Lovely to have free bottles of water every day. The hotel offers a calm, beautiful and cozy place in which to rest from the hectic life of the metropolis.

This is my fourth time in Shangri-La Jakarta (my last review of this hotel was December 2018), and I am always happy with the hotel. This time I’d like to summarise my findings on the Shangri-la hotels in general, particularly this Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta. I found out that, this hotel is, absolutely covers everything you want, such as business, leisure, family etc. I’m 72 years old, and found that, just a Standard Room at Shangri-la hotel in Jakarta comprises everything you want compared with all the luxury 5-star hotels I stayed in around the world, everything is up-to-date, and quality control, I’ve never asked for anything to be changed or mended etc. From my perspective, the hotel is absolutely perfect for everything and everyone
