Great hotel overall. The staff is super attentive and kind, the facilities are beautiful, the basic room are basically huge suites. Great bath tub, rain shower and super comfy bed. I also had a great massage and the cocktails at the art cafe were amazing. Concierge and butler service available 24h, they literally helped me with anything, even shipping a box to Bali. Also breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many options!
I was travelling alone but I never felt alone thanks to the amazing people working there.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Staff were polite and always ready to help. Great location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The room is very clean, comfortable and the hotel is located near 3 shopping malls which made it easy to access our needs. The parking area is quite large and convenient for cars and motorcycle. The staff is very friendly and helpful through the process of check in and check out. Also tried the coffee at the lobby and it was super, they provide many coffees and matcha, i recommend you to try kopi si bob and dirty matcha.
