The people are oustanding: at the entrance, the reception, the breakfast/ restaurant and room cleaning. Simply amazing :)
Also a very good atmosphere, nicely decorated etc, centrally located for short taxi rides to most places, a free laundry self service (first time I have seen this).

very cosy, clean and comfortable. the location is superb, just next to Cikini commuter station and Transjakarta busway stations/stops. Staffs are helpful too. To our surprise, both bathrooms have bath tubs. Room cleaning services is everyday too.

The hotel exceeded my expectations when I arrived. I wasn't expecting that it'd be that fancy and pretty. The people there were very accommodating and fine and they would greet you whenever you encounter them which was pretty nice. I love how they took care of my room very neatly and they also were kind when I accidentally spilled sunblock on the blanket. They were kind enough to respond on my note which I found really cute. Definitely my favourite hotel so far. I also love that I was able to take a pencil home as a remembrance.
