I have stayed at Menara many times now and the one thing that stands out is the wonderful staff. From the front desk/reception, to concierge, security, to cleaning staff, restaurant staff etc.. I must say that it is so satisfying to know that each time I stay the staff are truly fantastic and pleasant. My Bahasa Indonesian is not so good but the staff all seem to speak English quite well, even the new girl (i forget her name) that cooked my eggs for breakfast a couple of days. She was so pleasant and always smiling. I manage a hotel in Australia and one of the most important things for me is that my staff are always smiling and pleasant to customers. Menara Peninsula 5 Stars service. Please pass this on to all staff. Terimah-kasih🙏

It will be my first time to give a review here and I feel excited to do so. I cannot stress well enough how MO JKT exceeded our expectations. If there are three top-notch things I remember about our stay - it would be the service, the bed and room, and the food. For me, what makes MO JKT stand out is their service. The staff are all thoughtful and made our stay really special - we felt that they love what they do and will assist you in just about anything. In just a short period of time, the staff will make you feel like family and will go out of the way to help you. The hotel also has an elegant and polished vibe. It was in the middle of a very energetic spot in Jakarta but every time I enter the hotel, I feel like I am back home. There are also good cafes around the area. Not to mention, the big malls (alongside Bundaran HI) are nearby. Overall, there are many other great hotels in Jakarta, but MO will definitely be amongst (if not our top choice) our picks when we go back!

Everything was perfect from the begining. The cleanliness, kindnes and profesionality of the staff, especially Ms. Salome Raphaela. The club lounge had a various food and drink choice. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will for shure come back again on our next trip to Jakarta.
