We had taken a junior room to be a little more comfortable, but unfortunately there was an extreme room smell in the room, which bothered me a lot since I was pregnant. We called the staff and asked them to turn off the room smell, they checked, I think it was from the air conditioner, the hotel manager offered us a room upgrade free of charge and we quickly moved to a duplex suite. The room was incredibly beautiful, there was no smell, it had a kitchen and living room downstairs, a very large bedroom and balcony upstairs. The pool was perfect. The open buffet breakfast was also very sufficient and nice. The hotel manager asked us every chance he got if everything was okay and suggested very nice swimming beaches to us. All staff was really warm and helpful.

The staff were really friendly! We loved the pool, it was really big and cleaned daily. We had a pool side room and highly recommend paying a bit extra for one. The breakfast every morning was lovely, and great value for money. Highly recommend staying here.

I am happy to share with you my great experince in Rimba by Ayana Hotel . it was my first time I visited bali and I choose Rimba to stay . i never thought it would be so wonderful staying there . at arrival all staff was waiting for us everything was perfect . people are so educated and they can help you with all you need anytime . the area swimingpool and everything was so beautiful . as I am an architect I give 10 to the best way they had the swimming pool . we meet in rimba the Chef Vangelis of one of the best Restaurants Rock restaurant. i never thouhht I will meet Vangelis that we come from the same country. 🙏. We tryed the food made from him and was one of the best reestaurant . i really want to thnx a lot all staff that was great and the chef Vangelis for all they did for us during ower stay. ❤️🙏 i will defenitly reccomend you to stay in Rimba it will we your dream place . The room with direct access to the pool was divine... The staff was also amazing. Special thanks to the pool team ! Arsa was top notch. Bagus, I believe an intern, was also incredible and has a bright future in front of him. Finally, Novi at the FO was so welcoming. Seamless check-in, all staff was very helpful and accommodating and fluent in English, no language barrier. Excellent amenities from gym to air conditioned work space, stunning outdoor pool, spa facilities. Room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was very attentive. 5 star breakfast alongside the restaurant in general northing short of amazing. Would definetly recommend and come back to stay again.
