The villas are very modern, new TVs and a well kitted out kitchen for longer stays. The living area and bedroom are large and impressive. Very private with own entrance. Short walk down the path to main bars and restaurants. Excellent value at the price point. Staff excellent and responsive.

it is very comfortable and away from the busy streets. There is a very good small restaurant at the corner of the hotel to have a juice or a a delicious fresh meal(much cheaper than the places on the main streets)

We had an excellent stay. The open air bathroom is blended with nature and live greenery. Bedroom is very spacious and clean. Our housekeeper, Vi, is so friendly and attentive. He gave us lots of advices for activities and he cooked us beautiful breakfast every morning. The villa is very quiet. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Perfect. Love this place. A little touch of paradise, staff are amazing...especially cooked breakfast at the villa, Mie Goreng to die for and the pancakes are a delight. Big room and spacious kitchen with ample living area, 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach with shops and restaurants all a short walk. Highly recommend you wont be didapointed 👌👌👌

staff were amazing during our stay! cannot fault them, they really made our trip - they are super friendly, accomodating and genuinely care about your stay. no request was too hard for them and they even went the extra mile to find availability for my partner and I to check out late as our flight was at 11pm. the Villa was excellent as well as all amenities that came with our booking. room service is also delicious. the location is great; 10-20 min drive to all the major shopping centres and beaches and even though we were in the centre of Seminyak, the Villa felt safe and secure. we will definitely book Avani villas again! a big thank you to the staff for looking after us!

Makanan and her crew them they went above and beyond our needs and expectations they made us feel right at home when we first got here they always made sure we were okay and comfortable even went out of their way to buy my son a birthday cake!! They went above and beyond our expectations! I would diffinitely recommend this villa to stay it's close to everything and definitely worth your money!!

Host even let us check in early which was excellent. The Villa was value for money and the kids enjoyed the pool. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Area nice and quiet and we would stay at again.
