the place is super nice. Although it is on a busy street, the bungalow is in the back of the yard and you cant hear anything. also there is a little "jungle" towards the river so the only "noises" you hear is the amazing wildlife. Totally worth it! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, many thanks to Sri, Wira and the others whom made our stay so pleasant

It was a very pleasant experience. I stayed for two nights and regretted that I only booked for two nights. I should have stayed another night!! The staff was really kind and their service was excellent. The food was a bit salty for me but the breakfast was nice and I also liked the afternoon tea. They also provide some activities like photography, dinner dance, morning yoga and morning walk. I very much enjoyed the activities. It is a great place to relax and rest, and enjoy the great view. The place of the hotel is also not that far from center ubud, so I could come and go without too much traffic. They also provided shuttle from the hotel to the center ubud.

Kamandalu is the best villa we have ever stayed in Ubud. The villa is gorgeous and beautiful,and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. I would especially give my big thanks to lady Sukma who works at the front desk. She helped me a lot in printing my document for work and she also tried very hard to take photos of the document! I really appreciate her assistance so much🙏 The restaurant is wonderful as well. The food there is so delicious that I can go there everyday😀 Ketu the chef is great and so are other staff working there! You could see their lovely smiles while working almost all the time! The spa of Kamandalu is also good and we enjoyed the massage treatments very much. The therapists are both so experienced and skillful. We really enjoyed the time we spent in Kamandalu and it is indeed a five-star villa estate that you will not regret to visit and stay.

Had such a comfortable stay here. Little bit out of the centre but the owners sorted us bikes to rent really easily. Very hospitable owners, they even gave us a bowl of local fruit to try.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The whole athmosphere of the resort is magic and very exclusive. The restaurant we used to go (Cascade) serves magnificent food for reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the view over the jungle is just outstanding. The beautiful, friendly staff & the lush surroundings, beautiful breakfasts & also the proximity to Ubud center, which could easily be walked. The complimentary shuttle service provided by the villas for transport to & from restaurants/shops is great.
