Beautiful resort. Excellent service. Great yoga. Excellent spa. Location is ideal because it is quiet but not far from Ubud center.

A good location for a relaxing holiday in Ubud, Sitala Villa is a villa surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

The host were very helpful with helping us rent a scooter and even arranged a floating breakfast for a special occasion (at extra cost). Room was spacious and clean. The pool was quite deep (estimates to be 1.5m) and clean.

Very spacious room, high ceiling, sunny with a panoramic view of Ubud which was super nice! There are actually only 2 rooms so everything is very personalised. Mr. Gungtra and his wife are always here to help and they can tell you all about Bali culture, if you want to get to know more about Balinese life, it is the perfect place! You can definitely trust Mr Gungtra to organise transport and excursion for you at a very reasonable price (i got quoted 30% more at other guesthouses for transportation to the same area). Breakfast was fantastic as you eat it at your own patio and was set up very nicely.

We had a really good time and extended our stay at Pita Maha. We stayed in the new rooms, everything was new and top quality. The beds are really comfortable and the view is stunning. The staff is really nice and accommodating. We will come back.

Perfect place in paradise with a perfect host. 10/10. First - the room.. most amazing and unique I've ever stayed in. Pictures don't do it justice. It is set overlooking the host's rice fields which is incredibly scenic. The kitchen is outdoors (awesome to eat there in the mornings), the pool was refreshing, the bathroom was the coolest ever (semi- outdoors with Coy fish!) and the bed was surrounded by large windows overlooking the pool and rice fields. The host (family) were equally amazing. His son picked us up from the airport and drove us to the place (about 1.5 hours). He rented us a scooter for our stay, arranged breakfast every morning at the villa, arranged an in-room massage for us and his son was our driver/tour guide for a few of the days we were there (for a fee). The son didn't speak English well, but that was easily overcome with Google translate. The host even escorted me on the scooter the first night to take me to change money and show me the supermarket, restaurants, etc. The family is from the area so if you want to do something, they know someone who can help (tours, etc). The location is off the beaten path and is accessed via a driveway and small walking path, which for us, added to the charm and made us feel secluded from the busy streets

Quiet location, close to rice fields. Walking distance to several restaurants, for example Balinese home cooking. Nice small juice bar just few steps away where you can buy great coffee and smoothie bowls. Very clean villa with soft and fresh smelling towels and bedding. Great breakfast. Good size private pool and big yard. Very recommended for families. Close to Ubud centre. Would definitely stay again!
