Absolutely beautiful premises! Centrally located but away from busy and noisy tourist hotspots. Staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Rooms and facilities were pristine. Food was wonderful, a perfect mix of Western and local cuisines.

OMG. The STUIDO VILLAS were fantastic. The Villas are spacious and the views are breathtaking - so many shades of green in the jungle. The whole team there was fantastic and helped with any support I needed and have great suggestions for anything you need. I really loved it. The infrastructure is not super estabalished on this side of UBUD but there is a new Hipster Cafe next door and some local vendors for your daily basics. To get to UBUD you need a short ride by a grab bike taxi.

A 5-minute drive from restaurants and shops in central Ubud, Gunung Merta Bungalows provides an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Guests can learn Balinese cooking and dancing on site.

The hotel was staffed 24/7, it was a smaller hotel but it made the experience better as staff were more caring. We met Yande at the hotel and he was very helpful and kind. He made our holiday so much better, we were lucky for him to drive us around Ubud for the day, he also arranged our ATV and Water rafting the following day. Thank you Yande!

Booked this hotel based on great reviews and I enjoyed it a lot. The entire house is super clean, location is great (5min to get to the center of Ubud by scooter, tasty breakfast and super friendly stuff. Will recommend everyone who wants to stay in Ubud. 100/10 🙌🏻🙏🏻

Polite behaviour, Very helpful and extremely good location and quiet and peaceful. owner is helpful and prompt over WhatsApp. Inside homestay , many trees and flowers and large fishes are there and one temple. Extremely clean. They clean the room every day. We stayed in Room 3 and 4 in 2 phases, once for 2 days and next for 3 days. Large spacious room and bed was comfortable. No insects and hardly 1-2 mosquitoes. many warung and market and ubud palace is in walking distance including laundry. Very much affordable. Good pickup and drop service if you avail.

The place is amazing, it is a local Balinese house with a stunning garden, with the respect of the local traditions. The room is clean and the bed very confortable and all is spacious. Free breakfast/coffee/tea is great and the must is the Balinese cake! It is a very good place to stay as you can chill on your own terrace or the common areas (there are several) so you will feel refreshed to start the day or finish it quietly. The family there is exceptional, I rarely met people that nice, caring so much for others, with such a good heart!! They are probably the kindest I have ever met, so don’t wait to chose this place for your stay in Ubud :)

From the very first moment we were treated like royalty, staff had an amazing eye for detail, very service minded, attentive and always with a smile. We felt really seen as guests and their positive energy was infectious! Food was really good and a very good price! For breakfast you choose between different menus and we even had an incredible floating breakfast in the pool. The pool and garden area was so peaceful and felt secluded and calm. It's a bit away from central Ubud which we liked as it was more tranquil but worth noting it's not easy walking to the centre. The beds and pillows were amazing, the balcony was spacious and has views of the pool, they left water every time they cleaned... we loved everything!

The host is super friendly and welcoming. :) We stayed for almost a month — the room and common areas were spotless, cleaned daily. Beautiful greenery surrounds the house, with small plants outside the room. Only a 7-minute walk to Yoga Barn; the walk itself is sunny and pleasant.
