The family is very friendly and helpfull. Gave good advice of where to eat and when a special dance was happening at the tempel so we could go Watch. We had the luck that there during our stay is was sarawati day and we had an amazing traditionel morning meal that day(normal is also good!)

Everything!!! It's a paradise. Resort itself blands so beautifully with its breathtaking surroundings. Spa is a special place. I had the best massage ever, Maya massage with therapist Indra. Both pools are amazing. Staff is warm and attentive. They pay attention to details to make your stay special. Food is amazing and even the way they display food in the buffet. Villa was so cozy and had that home feeling. There is a shuttle bus that takes you to the center, available every hour.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The customer service was excellent. The property was always very clean and well cared for. The room was decent sized for three people. I liked how they provided an adapter for guests to use during their stay.

Love this hotel, the rooms, the staff , the building and amazing breakfast... the design of this building is superb, little details that will amaze you. Yoga classes in the morning, art gallery, very nice pool and pool side area. The A La Carte breakfast is superb. The restaurant on level 3 was very well designed and the food was so good. The communication with admin is through WhatsApp which was very convenient. Love everything.
