Nestled in a breathtaking environment, the journey up through the rice terraces on the little scooter is already an unforgettable experience – and the views once you arrive are simply stunning. What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding hospitality. The staff is exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive. Made and Ari were especially wonderful – they helped us with everything from organizing transfers and day tours to making sure we had the most comfortable stay possible. Everything was incredibly comfortable – especially the bed and linens – and the villa was spotlessly clean. You can really feel that they care about the guest experience in every detail. You can take peaceful walks among the rice fields, have a nice meal in a local warung, or just, relax in a beautifully designed villa and pool, and just soak in the tranquil atmosphere. This was one of the highlights of our Bali trip – we can’t recommend enough!

Great stay! Our room had a lovely view of rice fields, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel well taken care of. It was definitely one of my best stays ever.

What went well? Everything! Customer service was just exceptional, room was spacious, breakfast was the best I've had at a resort, spa on site had a lovely interior and experienced therapists. The best bit about the resort was the landscaping. It brought peace and comfort. You could tell there was a lot of thought and they got it spot on. I was really pleased and wish I had just stayed there. I went on to stay in Nusa Dua and Dubai after and it just wasn't the same as Puri Sebali.

It was gorgeous, hanging off the side of the cliff with jungle views. The main pool / bar area was great to hang out in and all the staff were lovely.

Puri Raya Villa was the first stop on our Bali trip and it completely exceeded our expectations. When we arrived, we were blown away by the picturesque surroundings at the entrance and just as we followed the path to our room it was gradually even better. The view from the terrace to the jungle was so calming and we felt very private at the villa. Staff is super nice and always smiling and everything was clean and well thought out. If you're looking for a peaceful place that feels so different from busy Ubud, but still quite close (20mins by a scooter to Ubud) this is the place.
