The property was beautiful and so well kept and the kids loved the pool. The owners were amazing and went above and beyond when my daughter was ill (they drove my wife to the hospital and took several hours) and also showed my wife and the kids local balinease customs over an afternoon - magical. The villa was very clean and the pool was lovely (it was cold but this is what we needed as was very hot so was good to take a dip and cool down). Bed was comfy, good facilities and shower and toilet was good. The staff were very helpful with good communication and they offered to clean room daily, also providing good drinks in the minibar. The villa is next to a beautiful rice field and is in a brilliant area, however it is a small walk to the road as cars cannot get down but they will offer to put you on scooter so you can get to the street instead of walking, although we walked most days because it was a nice walk. I would highly recommend staying here as it is beautiful and the staff are very good. 10/10 would stay again!

The staff are extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The villa it's self is fantastic, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated with modern amenities. the location is also great with lots of great restaurants and bars very close by and a short journey in the moped from the centre of Ubud.

Everything was great! Villa is amazing and very clean. Staff was doing the cleaning everyday while we were out. The pool is great as well as the garden. YanWas is super friendly and he was there for us if we needed anything. I also got some kind of a Bali Belly and he brought me coconut water and rice for breakfast. Regarding breakfast, it was very tasty and they have a planty of choice. We were scared of the road that leads to Villa, but we rented a scooter and there was no problem at all. YanWas and the lady helped us with our luggage, so don’t worry about that.
