The well manicured landscape, the whole design concept and layout of the lawn and hotel was just excellent.We did our morning and sunset evening seaside walk, in the whole length of the seashore from the start at Four Seasons to the other end (almost reaching the airport), we noticed only the Intercontinental Bali's seashore was clean, well kept and without stones and large corals.
The staff were amazing! Extremely attentive, super polite and just made out stay so welcoming. We visit Bali regularly, every two to 3 years and stayed and many locations, Intercontinental Bali has been the best so far.

The services and staff are amazing! They are ready to help you and give advice if you need. You will have an unlimited coffee and tea, also water. The location is great, near are restaurants, bars, Padang Padang Beach, Thomas Beach, shops. We also have enjoyed a swimming pool and breakfast.

God, it was amazing! This place is just perfect. Starting with breakfast and finishing with preparing a bed for sleep.
Everyone is so welcoming and kind here. My whole Bali trip was awful but this hotel was able to make it so much better.
I loved everything here. Pool is warm and they provided small snacks and shots for free when you rest near it. And they have this cute pink coconuts ;)
My room was really quiet, I didn’t hear my neighbors at all. And I loved cookies they left on my bed in the evening.

It ticks all the boxes!
It's clean, very comfortable, close to the airport, it has fast working Internet, curtains on beds, good size lockers, hot water, comfortable level of aircondition and I can go on and on.........
The best was the good atmosphere in the hostel. Staff is super nice and also they give lots of advice.
