Staff were friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was excellent. Meals were varied and delicious. Location was excellent in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and transportation either bus, rail or cabs which could be easily hailed in front of hotel.

The rooms where small but clean. Personal was always willing to help out. Was a very good stay and we will be back. I took off all the sheets when we left to put them in a pillow case. And i seen clean pillows and douvets, that's always my last test before i leave. They passed with flying colours.

I loved the vegan irish breakfast, and generally the vegan options at the vault restaurant. The staff were incredibly attentive, polite and helpful. As a customer I have always felt more than welcome to ask for help or inquire information on bus schedules and stuff like that. Another aspect are the stunning visuals of the hotel's facilities! Inside you are welcomed by beautiful seating areas, detailed decor with different lounge rooms, which invite you in to have a seat and just enjoy the breathtaking interior around you.
