The room was very nicely decorated. Bed extremely comfortable. Very close to the city centre. Joanna was so helpful and answered any questions I had prior to my stay. Would recommend to family and friends.

Outstanding! From the location, to the facilities, to the food and the incredible staff our stay was outstanding. The staff was stellar in all ways. The accommodations were clean, beautiful, amazing. Breakfast, lunch and cream teas were excellent. We spent four days and truly did not want to leave!

Location was perfect.Everything with in walking distance. the property was spotless plenty of tea/coffee biscuits etc .the Bathroom very well stocked and all you would need . also the people at Sandbury Town House know how to look after there guests will definitely stay again...P/M

Wonderful large flat at ground floor with lobby. There were some free drinks in the fridge as milk and Prosecco. There were free snack as chips and chocolates.
