The staff was amazing! We came to the hotel early in order to leave our bags there and were offered an early check-in! That was super nice. Also, the room had everything that we needed, toiletries were a good quality, the bed was comfortable. We were welcomed by a lovely note and a box of chocolates. And the thing that made me smile - George the duck in the bathroom (I didn't know if we could take him home so we left him :( ). It was a great stay!
