An initial stay of 3 nights turned into 3 weeks, making Mandrem Beach Resort our home away from home in Goa. We first chose it for the location and quality, but it went beyond that. The food was delicious and it was a great experience to try some of the Goan dishes. But above all it was the kindness, helpful mindset and genuine friendliness of the staff that made all the difference. It started with the heartfelt greeting from the security guard at the entrance and on the beach side. In the reception Vishweta, Saurav, Kashmira, Rajashree and the others were always very helpful and friendly. Our meals were made better by the friendliness and helpfulness of Shaun, Gurunath, Rushikesh, Zeenal, Figo, Abhijit, Puja and Mario. The laundry service was excellent with a special thank you to Vishaka. Last but not least our dear friends at the pool Bejami and Ajay who always welcomed us with a smile.

Loved it! So impressed. We were part of a large wedding booking and the team absolutely delivered! A most magical wedding, all helped by the outstanding JW team Shout-out Rahul Das from In-room Dining! Some delicious bits on that menu and friendly service. Rohit from the gym is outstanding!
