It’s like a upland visit but the hotel was very nice and cleaning are upto the mark special thanks to the Front desk staff who’s been good taken care & specially the guest relations who made our stay was excellent

Bloom is cool, neat and a very pleasant place to stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable with access to bottled water, juice, coffee and tea. I like the mustard yellow theme too!! The staff are very helpful. Infact we were moved from 1st floor to 3rd floor as it was noisy and our room was facing Rameshwaram cafe. The were courteous and obliged our request to move to another floor and room. They also have an onsite restaurant which is pretty handy for people to grab something to eat but you also have access to other restaurants within 2-3 mins walk.

The room is quite spacious and with all the modern amenities. All the decor is quite new and well maintained. There is no bad odor or stains in bedsheets. Bathroom was clean and all amenities were nicely provided. Breakfast is sumptuous as well. This is one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team, who were not only efficient but also genuinely kind and helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality set the tone for the entire experience.
The restaurant was another highlight. Elegant atmosphere, delicious and beautifully presented dishes, and a fantastic team. A heartfelt thank you to the restaurant staff, who made every meal feel special with their kindness, attentiveness, and impeccable service.
A very special thank you to Vishal and Baby Fanai for their outstanding professionalism and warm hospitality. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the guests made me feel truly valued and welcomed.
